At 5pm the buzz of the caffeine has worn off and we’re ready for a wee G&T whilst perusing the menu. The sun is heading over the hill and the tables are set for dinner. Our standard menu has all our favourites from the last 5 or so years whilst the accompanying specials menu lets the chefs get creative on a daily basis. Scott Morrison has headed the kitchen for 15 years and continues to conjure up inventive, provincial and super tasty dishes year on year. Deer from the hill side, lamb from the crofts, fish from the sea and veggies from as near as possible when in season.
